Every relationship experiences ups and downs—moments of joy, tension, growth, and sometimes uncertainty. Whether you're navigating a difficult chapter or simply want to strengthen your connection, couples counselling can offer a supportive space to deepen your emotional & physical connection.
In some instances, couples come to counselling for support during a divorce/separation. Emotions often run high during a divorce, which can lead to miscommunication and increased tension. Couples counselling during divorce can help you honour the history of the relationship, while finding a path forward focused on emotional closure.
